For the cardio seeking individuals, this class was made for you. 45 minutes of heart pumping cardio that will bring the distance you desire without having to leave your rower even once.
ROW & FLOW
Two classes combined into one beautiful hour. Kick it off with 30 minutes of intense rowing followed by 30 minutes of a flex and flow class. We’ll use our 2 lb dumbbells to keep the heart rates up while working on matching breath to movement.
