Yes, it’s true. There is a way to focus on your fitness while working on your practice. Our Flex and Flow classes are not your traditional yoga or pilates classes, they are served with a cherry on top. You can expect elements of a power flow class, however we incorporate small weights, focusing on form and function of all muscles. Matching breath to movement while challenging your body in a new and different way. A great way to add in some yoga life!
REVIVE & RESTORE
You work hard. Your body needs to recover at some point and this is exactly how you can help in the process. In our R&R classes we slow things down, light candles, turn up the heat and get right into those muscles that need to be stretched. This class is a good yoga class for beginners!
