You’ve got questions? We’ve got answers!

  • You can easily sign up for classes using the Mindbody website or app. If you have any issues signing up please send us an email and we’d be happy to help you!

  • ABSOLUTELY! We welcome all fitness levels at Hive. We recommend listening to your body and taking rests as needed (even for those who aren’t new!) In addition, you are always in full control of the weight you choose, the amount of tension you put on your bike or how fast you go on the rower. If you need any exercise modifications please let your instructor know.

    Please also show up at least 10 minutes before class so we can help you properly set up and show you around during your first visit.

  • We have a late cancelation policy of 8 hours for classes and appointments. Failure to cancel before these times will result in the loss of a pass if you have a class pack or a charge of $15 if you are on a monthly membership or intro pass. For Recovery you will lose an appointment for class packs or will be charged $20 for monthly memberships or Newbee passes. The reason why we have this in place is to ensure everyone has access to our classes in a fair manner - even instructors get charged late cancels!

  • We have tons of expecting mamas come to our classes. You just have to double check with your doctor that you’re good to go and ensure you listen to your body. It is not recommended to start anything new in pregnancy.

  • For Intensity and Row, all you need is a pair of clean, indoor running shoes. For Cycle we provide clip-in shoes. Our bikes have SPD pedals, feel free to bring your own shoes if you have them.

  • I know its tempting to double book (2 or more sessions of the same service (ex. sauna) services. But please keep bookings to only one of each service per day. The recovery room is getting busier and we want to give everyone the opportunity to use these amazing modalities.

  • You do not need to bring any equipment with you to class. We provide the rowers, bikes, weights and mats. If you would like to bring your own mat to yoga you are more than welcome but we have mats and blocks available for use.

  • There is free street parking along 106 ave. Additionally, around the corner on 115 street there lots of 2 hour paid angle parking.

  • Nope! We welcome everyone to the studio.

  • ·DO maintain your normal fluid intake the day before

    ·DO stand upright for at least 5 minutes

    ·DO remove any socks or pantyhose

    ·DO remove all heavy accessories like jewelry, watches, and jackets

    ·DO warm yourself up for 20 minutes in cold weather

    ·DO use the restroom

    ·DON’T eat or exercise for at least 3 hours

    ·DON’T consume alcohol or excess caffeine for at least 24 hours

    ·DON’T shower or use a sauna
